About the Role :

We are currently seeking a focused, creative individual to become part of the management of seasoned tax professionals :

Job description

• Review and / or prepare business, fiduciary, and personal income tax returns and training staff in tax matters.
• Engage with clients and other staff to ensure proactive tax planning.
• Prepare tax projections and consulting on tax-related matters, including complex (fun!) tax issues.
• Oversee income tax correspondence, including developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Building new and existing client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of client business.
• Managing multiple clients, budgets and production goals.
• Interpret the U.S. tax code.
• Research the implications of tax laws and advise clients on tax related issues.
• Manage, develop, and mentor staff / managers on projects and assess performance through formal periodic reviews and informal feedback.
