Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural vision and technical strategy for the Rovo FE team

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver innovative features

Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in frontend engineering with a proven track record

Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) and TypeScript

Strong understanding of UI / UX principles and responsive design

Experience architecting large-scale frontend systems and leading technical direction

Passion for mentoring and developing engineers at all levels
