Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description

Growing psychiatric practice seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide long-term care in Illinois.

We offer access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

Ideal candidates are passionate, team-oriented, empathetic, and strong communicators. Full-time or part-time roles available; must have Illinois license or in process, with prescriptive authority eligibility and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, documenting via EHR, collaborating with teams, and educating patients and families.

Benefits include a $5k sign-on bonus, annual bonuses ($5k-$10k), 401(k), health / dental / vision insurance, paid time off, and referral programs.

Pay ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually. Prior experience and certifications preferred but not required. Role involves traveling to various facilities.
