As a Surface Warfare Analyst, you'll bring your background in the integration of shipboard systems, operational and tactical maritime warfare, command and control, maintenance and modernization, naval training systems, installation management, managing people, and analyzing policies , training, logistics, and shipboard material readiness to work on projects to improve surface ship readiness. You'll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , and processes to improve surface warfare. You'll impact the work we do to help prepare naval forces and staffs for deployment and success in their operational missions. You served your country as a seasoned Surface Navy Department Head or Senior Enlisted Sailor. Further your career while creating mission-forward solutions that matter.

• 8+ years of experience with surface warfare, including as a Surface Department Head afloat or Senior Enlisted Sailor

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
