Floor Supervisor / Lead

The Floor Supervisor / Lead plays a critical role in supporting daily operations at the client site. This position is responsible for overseeing temporary associates, ensuring production goals and safety standards are met, providing hands-on leadership on the floor, and maintaining strong communication between associates, client leadership, and the staffing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support a team of associates to ensure daily production and quality goals are achieved.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for associates on the flooranswering questions, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with company and client policies.
• Assist with new hire orientations, training, and on-the-job coaching.
• Track and report daily headcount, productivity, and any safety or performance concerns.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment, promoting adherence to all safety protocols.
• Partner with client leadership to support operational needs and staffing levels.
• Communicate scheduling changes, job assignments, and expectations clearly to associates.
• Support shift start-up, breaks, and end-of-shift processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Document and escalate performance or behavioral issues to onsite management.
