A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a post closing analyst on the team. This person will be responsible for providing advanced clerical support to home lending secondary marketing. They will coordinate a variety of complex tasks and data input under minimal supervision. They will resolve data discrepancies between loan origination systems and agency calculated values, maintain detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, agency eligibility guidelines and loan delivery standards, and adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with legal, regulatory and investor defined reporting, remitting and reconciling requirements. They will complete loans prefund documentation, closing approval, and deliver closing package to bond agencies - OHFA, MSHDA, WVH, IHDA, IHCDA and MNHFA. They will work closely with internal home lending departments and title companies to research and resolve loan issues, must be able to prioritize daily workload to stay on tasks of multi-stages of loans purchases stages and assist home lending secondary market shippers during high productions with loan deliveries.
