As a Field Service Engineer at Gotion, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing battery production equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This hands-on position requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production machinery and support systems, ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Repair : Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues in battery production equipment, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Installation Support : Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, collaborating with engineering teams and vendors as needed.
• Calibration & Testing : Conduct calibration and performance testing to meet operational specifications and quality standards.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of service activities, parts usage, and system performance metrics.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure that equipment complies with local and company safety standards.
• Customer Support : Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve technical issues and provide operational updates.
• Continuous Improvement : Participate in root cause analysis and suggest improvements to equipment reliability and process efficiency.

Qualifications : Required :

A Bachelor's of Science would be preferred

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
