Family Coach - Parent Educator

About the Role
Under the guidance of a supportive Supervisor, the Family Coach provides in-home parenting education, encouragement, and case management services to families with young children who may be at risk of abuse or neglect. You'll empower parents, build on family strengths, and help create safe, stable, and nurturing environments where children can thrive.
You'll manage a caseload of up to 25 families, building trusted relationships through regular home visits and individualized support plans-truly becoming a partner in each family's journey toward healthier futures.
