Position Summary :

Seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitation services across outpatient, inpatient, and home health / hospice settings. This is a unique opportunity to help grow and support SLP services in Grant County while working closely with occupational and physical therapists, nursing staff, and home health aides.

In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy to patients, with protected time allocated for documentation. Our home health / hospice program offers access to a fleet of vehicles available to part-time and full-time staff, supporting flexible and effective patient care delivery in the community.
