Job descriptionAdvanced Practice Provider with experience Join our team 40 minutes north of Charlotte, NC Full Time Nocturnist, 12-hour shifts including taking calls 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM 7 on - 7 off 14 shifts per 28-day schedule. Current and valid NP / PA license for the State of North Carolina preferred Procedures are NOT required, but highly preferred. The provider will be responsible for rounding on all assigned inpatient census The average daily census varies. Average of 5-12 admissions per night. Rounding on patients as needed and taking admissions overnight. Annual Starting Salary : negotiable Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance : $1,500.00 - per year Health Insurance through Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Medical + Dental + Vision) (Employee Pays : 20% Company pays : 80%), Long Term & Short Term Disability (Company pays : 100%); 401(k) with 2% matching; Aflac Supplemental Insurance ( Provided to the candidate at a competitive discounted rate) Employee Pays 100% and they can choose any of these and much more : Accident Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Hospital Insurance, Juvenile Life Insurance Flex Spending Account (Pre Tax) (Candidate pays : 100%) Employee Assistance Program : (Company pays 100% and their services include these and much more : Free Financial and Legal Consultation, Dedicated Personal Assistant, Wellness Program All benefits start on DAY 1 except for the 401(k) and PTO - Candidates will be eligible after 90 days.
