The Partner Enablement Manager leads a team of Partner Enablement Reps responsible for driving adoption, engagement, and lead generation within one of Roofr's key distribution partnerships. This person ensures consistent execution, team performance, and alignment with Roofr's broader partner strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, scaling partner enablement efforts, and achieving measurable outcomes across partner activations, sales rep engagement, and partner-influenced revenue.
