Bobbles & Lace Savannah a women's clothing boutique, is gearing up for a November Grand Opening and is searching for an inspiring Store Director to lead the launch of our second store, proudly expanding from our Charleston base. This is an incredible opportunity to step into a leadership role with room for career growth as we continue to open stores in the Southeast. Our model is based around the client experience and we are looking for someone who dives deep into mastering the experience we give.

Key Responsibilities

As Store Director, you'll be the heartbeat of our new location, leading with both style and strategy :

• Client Experience & Styling  – Become the go-to stylist for our community, delivering a stand out client experience that is welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun.
• Leadership & Development  – Lead, inspire, and coach your team to excel in styling, sales, marketing, and daily operations.
• Business Growth  – Drive sales by setting and achieving ambitious monthly and daily goals, while creating strategies to expand and retain your client base.
• Community Connection  – Build and nurture lasting relationships through in-store events, collaborations with local businesses, and partnerships with community groups.
• Visual & Operational Excellence  – Partner with the Visual Director to maintain merchandising standards while overseeing smooth, efficient store operations.
• Scheduling & Organization  – Manage store scheduling and ensure the team runs with structure, balance, and accountability.
• Ongoing Education  – Participate in daily styling and merchandising education calls to keep skills sharp and trends top-of-mind.
