Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Urologist. ARMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Salary range : $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
• Sign on bonus (negotiable)
• Relocation allowance if applicable
• 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview) : Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
• $5000 CME credit
