Bilingual Case Manager - Injury Law
Location : Lewiston, ID
Pay : $20-21.60 / hr, DOE
Schedule : Mon-Thu 8 : 30 AM-5 PM, Fri 8 : 30 AM-3 PM
About the Role :
Join a local injury law firm managing personal injury claims. You'll coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and legal teams from case intake through settlement. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle property damage claims : rentals, repairs, total loss
- Investigate insurance coverage, claims, and legal deadlines
- Guide clients through medical treatment and insurance coordination
- Draft and manage demand packages for settlements
- Communicate with clients, insurers, medical providers, and lien / collection agencies
- Close or transfer cases as needed
