Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Analyst - Investment Data & Operations to lead and optimize one of their top financial clients investment data operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of our investment data, while also driving process improvements. They should have a proven track record in the investment management industry to lead and optimize their data quality and operational efficiency. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, advanced data manipulation expertise, and a deep understanding of investment data domains and workflows. This will be a Hybrid position onsite in Milwaukee or Charlottee 4 days week. Compensation ranges between $160 / yr-$190 / yr. Som additional responsibilities are below.
Responsibilities :
o Develop and implement comprehensive data quality frameworks, standards, and procedures across all investment data domains.
o Oversee data quality monitoring and validation processes, ensuring timely identification and resolution of data discrepancies.
o Lead root cause analysis of data issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
o Establish and track key data quality metrics, reporting on data quality performance to senior management.
o Analyze existing data operations workflows and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
o Implement process improvements and best practices to streamline data acquisition, processing, and distribution.
o Evaluate and recommend new data management tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
o Maintain a deep understanding of investment data domains, including market data, security master data, portfolio holdings, transactions, and performance data.
o Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to investment data management.
