The Director Of Revenue Engagement acts as a critical liaison between Hospitals, Ambulatory Care Sites, and Physician-Based Practices (PBP) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This role is responsible for reviewing, assessing, and optimizing processes across the entire revenue cycleincluding registration, pre-authorization, coding, billing, collections, reimbursement, and financial analysisto drive revenue performance, cash collections, and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and deep expertise in both professional and hospital billing processes.
