Salary : $17-20 an hour

Picasso Restaurant Group is opening our newest caf inside the Pavilion at Michigan Medicine, and we are looking for a dependable Kitchen Prep team member to help us deliver fresh, high-quality food to our guests. If youre organized, hardworking, and enjoy being part of a team, this is a great opportunity for you!

Position : Kitchen Prep

Location : Pavilion at Michigan Medicine Ann Arbor, MI

Hours : Full-time and part-time available (daytime schedule)

Responsibilities :

Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for daily menu items
Assist cooks and other team members with food prep and setup
Label, store, and rotate ingredients properly
Maintain a clean and organized prep area
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements :

Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with a positive attitude
