Compensation based on experience : $150,000 + annually

The Senior Controller role at a glance :

  • Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls. Serve as a strategic advisor to ownership, driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across divisions.
  • Oversee ERP implementation, monthly closings, and reporting accuracy.
  • Manage cash flow, audits, tax, compliance, and insurance / bonding programs.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, support capital planning and M&A activity, oversee inventory control, and handle union relations and audits.
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Qualifications for the Senior Controller

  • BS Accounting
  • 8+ years senior / financial leadership Construction specific experience with job costing, percentage of completion revenue recognition, work in progress.
  • Demonstrated experience with streamlining processes
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting and financial modeling.
