Staff Accountant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or professional with 0-2 years of experience to develop core accounting skills while contributing to essential financial operations. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accounts Receivable
- Process customer invoices and ensure accurate and timely billing
- Maintain customer account records and update billing information
- Prepare aging reports and communicate with customers regarding past due accounts
- Accounts Payable
- Schedule and process payments according to vendor terms and cash flow requirements
- Maintain vendor master files including payment methods, banking information, and tax documentation
- Set up new vendor accounts and update existing vendor information
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payment status and account maintenance
- Month-End Close
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end reporting deadlines and deliverables
- Document and maintain accounting procedures and controls
- General Accounting Support
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and transaction processing
- Support annual audit preparation and provide requested documentation
- Provide backup support for other accounting functions as needed

Required Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field and 0-2 years of relevant accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesBasic understanding of accounting principles and proceduresPreferred Qualifications :Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processesPrevious internship or co-op experience in accounting
