What You'll Be Doing

Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems.

Present repair and replacement options in a persuasive, customer-friendly way.

Turn service calls into sales by identifying opportunities and closing leads.

Upsell products, services, and system upgrades that provide long-term value for the customer.

Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Requirements :

1–2 years of residential HVAC experience with the ability to identify and recommend system upgrades.

Strong communication skills with the confidence to present repair and replacement options that drive sales .

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to maximize commissions through lead conversion and upselling .

EPA Certification
