Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Location : Thief River Falls, MN

Position : NP - Primary Care and Occupational Health Clinic

Schedule : Flexible; can alter days of the week and / or length of coverage

Contract Duration : 9 weeks (07 / 01 / 25 to 08 / 29 / 25)

Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (30-minute meal break)

Guarantee : 40 hours per week

Responsibilities :

• Provide primary care and some occupational health services to adults aged 18+.
• Main visit types include urgent / acute care and coverage of chronic conditions until the open position is filled.
• Collaborate with a support team consisting of 2 RNs, 1 LPN, and 1 full-time NP.
