Job descriptionAnalyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Documentation & Communication Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams. Solution Design & Support Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals. Testing & Validation Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Stakeholder Engagement Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. 2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience in [insert domain : e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT Services].
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements.
Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
