Country View Family Farms is hiring a Sow Production Manager for our Indiana Region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our production team to meet and exceed company goals and industry standards. Enjoy our progressive operations including top-notch biosecurity practices, open pen gestation. You will report to the Director of Sow Production and will be a vital component of our organizations success.

What You Would Be Doing

• Challenge current system practices and be a solutions provider demonstrating commitment to ongoing improvements.
• Monitor regional production and financial budgets and deadlines, holding direct reports accountable for meeting targets.
• Establishes and maintains open communication with all farm staff, management, other departments, external and internal customers and suppliers, and the local community to identify potential problems and initiate continual improvement.
• Participate in selection, onboarding and development of Sow Farm Managers.
• Audit performance to ensure timely and efficient use of CVFF policies and programs.
• In conjunction with Human Resources, administer hiring processes, team member relations, team member discipline and communicates any changes to farm staff.
• Collaborate with CVFF Veterinarian Team.
• Participate in development and execution of SOPs.
• Conduction employee reviews, participate in team member coaching and development activities, and raise the bar on excellence.
• Demonstrate and support CVFF Core Values.
