The Role

Peek is looking for a highly talented, passionate and analytical individual to join our corporate finance team. As a senior leader reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will drive high-impact projects that impact the strategic direction of Peek. This position is ideal for a seasoned Finance professional who excels in big-picture strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization.

What You'll Do

• Lead, grow and optimize our finance team with high degrees of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration and a broad skill set combining finance, data, and strategy
• Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and monitor key performance indicators across the organization
• Work closely with department owners to translate key operational metrics into actionable guidance that assists with decision making
• Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictability
• Create and own the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, working to shape the financial trajectory of the business and connect operating goals to financial targets
• Identify and execute opportunities to maximize ROI throughout the organization and drive sustainable growth
• Support the Board and Executive team on ad hoc strategy and financial analyses, such as new product launches, expansions, operational changes and M&A opportunities
• Implement new processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Support fundraising and investor relations activities
