Job Description

• The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on bringing in new clients to achieve monthly sales quotas
• The Regional Director of Sales needs to be able to lead by example, coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery and accurately forecast.
• The Regional Director of Sales must be comfortable working on sales strategy, hiring and mentoring new team members, and expanding relationships within key accounts.

Requirements

Location

Remote, field-based sales position. Candidates must live in the state of Florida, with a preference for candidates based in Miami, Tampa or Jacksonville areas, while also supporting their field sales team on sales calls and client meetings with 50% or more regional travel anticipated.

Compensation

Base Salary : $150,000 - $200,000

Total Comp : $325,000 - $350,000
