Required Qualifications

3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience in high-volume and / or specialized recruiting across Sales or GTM functions

Proficiency in leveraging recruitment data and metrics

Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
