Inside Sales Representative

SisAdmin is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! The Inside Sales Representative will set the tone for first impressions. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of potential clients by organizing and managing leads, conducting outreach, and qualifying prospects. This position follows the TruMethods Inside Sales process to ensure consistent activity levels, effective messaging, and measurable outcomes that drive new business opportunities.
This position will research and identify these companies, contact them, deliver our message as clearly and concisely as possible, and secure an appointment to meet with them. We have a compelling and valuable offering for the right companies. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, tenacious, and have a positive attitude.
The Inside Sales Representative will work on site in the Snohomish office during an initial training period, then be provided an opportunity to work remotely once fully established in the role and demonstrated an ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain the leads database by adding, tracking, and categorizing Suspects and Prospects.
- Maintain detailed notes for each conversation and update lead records accordingly.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through research, calls, and conversations.
- Research and identify companies that match the Target Customer Profile.
- Leverage social media and referrals for lead generation.
- Continuously refine and update the leads database with new companies that fit the target profile.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily activity quotas, including outbound dials and playbook activities, to support First Time Appointment (FTA) goals.
- Follow the TruMethods Inside Sales Process for all sales activities.
- Regularly review training content, including TruMethods videos, to reinforce methodology.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SisAdmin products, services, and the managed services industry.
- Deliver the company's value proposition to prospects clearly and concisely.
- Maintain and update the Inside Sales Playbook daily.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
