Job description

Leading law firm is seeking a mid to senior level Labor & Employment Attorney for their Princeton, New Jersey office. Ideal candidate will have 3-15+ years of experience in labor & employment and / or civil litigation experience with demonstrated interest or background in employment law.

Qualifications :

Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey
JD
3+ years of Employment litigation experience
Excellent writing skills required
Knowledge of federal and state rules
Experience with pre-trial discovery

Responsibilities :

Manage a caseload involving employment litigation matters from inception to end

Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

Communicate with clients, provide legal counseling

Compensation Range 130k-200k+ DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid
