Workday HCM Core Analyst

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Core Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide daily operational support within the Workday HCM Core area, including troubleshooting and inquiry resolution

Participate in weekly release cycles by testing new features and implementing configuration updates

Support fiscal year-end activities and recommend solutions for backlog items

Required Qualifications :

1-3 years of Workday HCM Core experience, including Job Taxonomy and Organizations

Proficiency in HCM Core Business Processes and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) Loads

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
