Currently, the company is expanding its operations with a new state-of-the-art facility in the Upstate, SC—where advanced processes like steel stamping, welding, and injection molding will support groundbreaking production for major OEMs.

Summary

They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer – Assembly to support manufacturing operations in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving production processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety. The Process Engineer works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and comply with defined standards
• Carry out equipment acceptances
• Set parameters for manufacturing process
• Optimize manufacturing processes in order to improve the OEE, process stability and throughput times
• Carry out problem solving analysis for unstable processes
• Define and implement corrective measures
• Investigate the causes of production interruptions, define and monitor corrective measures and document the lessons learned
• Other duties, as assigned
