Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for our first shift team. Join our extrusion team as a Production Shift Supervisor where you'll lead a team on the floor, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity stay on track. This is a growing part of our business, and you'll play a key role in shaping its success while helping your team develop through coaching and training. We're looking for someone who works well with others, stays adaptable, and approaches challenges with a positive and problem-solving mindset. Schedule : Monday - Friday :

1st shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Highlights of your role

• Lead and coach associates daily to build skills, encourage growth, and support self-sufficiency
• Create a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors and holding associates accountable
• Ensure quality standards, accurate reporting, and efficient use of labor to meet production goals
• Lead communication on company updates and current shift performance metrics with associates
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions for continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain a positive team culture that aligns with Marvin Composites' mission and values
