Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced BICSI Certified Data Technicians for projects located in and around Barksdale AFB, LA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $47.12 / hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope :

Running cable and pulling wire for telecommunication systems

Pulling fiber optics and copper cabling

Requirements :

BICSI Certification required for journeyman-level positions

In lieu of BICSI : Minimum 3 years’ experience installing specified copper and fiber optic cables and components for lower level

Factory or factory-approved certification from equipment manufacturers for installation and testing

Submit documentation for 3–5 successful telecom system installations, with at least two projects of equivalent size and complexity

Access Requirements :

Real ID

Current vehicle registration and insurance

Completed Barksdale AFB Access Request Form (background check)

Able to pass drug screen

• Able to read and follow blueprints

Must have own tools and PPE
