A well-established Electrical Contracting Company is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their Boca Raton team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can take full ownership of the estimating process from start to finish, and enjoys both the technical and people side of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects, including healthcare, industrial, higher education, and heavy commercial.
• Perform full-cycle estimating : material take-offs, bid packages, budgets, change orders, and subcontractor / vendor pricing.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Present bids and proposals to clients, demonstrating both technical expertise and strong communication / sales skills.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to junior estimators.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.
• Represent the company at preconstruction meetings and site visits.
