Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their needs, create individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapy techniques. The Speech Therapist will play a crucial role in early intervention, ensuring that patients receive the support they need to thrive.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices in speech therapy to promote effective communication skills.
• Provide early intervention services for children with developmental delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance communication skills at home.
• Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices and techniques.
• Experience
• A degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language development is essential.
• Strong patient care skills, with an emphasis on empathy and effective communication.
• Familiarity with assessment tools and techniques used in speech therapy.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $60.00 - $72.54 per hour
