Job Description

First Christian Church in LeRoy, KS is seeking a minister with a strong work ethic who is passionate about serving, preaching and teaching God's word. Who desires to see church growth both spiritually and physically. The ability to work with others, led by example and encourage fellowship with the church is essential. Service times are Sunday School at 9 : 30 am and Sunday Morning Service is at 10 : 45 am.

Our number one purpose is to be faithful to God our Creator and Redeemer. We strive to do this by singing God honoring songs (Old and New), by Preaching His Word, believing His Word, and putting that belief into practice. By preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ faithfully so that all may hear of our Savior! And by loving God, and loving His people, and longing to serve them both.

Responsibilities

• Sunday morning preaching
• Some Bible studies
• Working with youth
• Visiting the sick and shut ins
• Working with the elders to provide leadership and direction for the congregation

A supplement second job would be ok with congregation for extra income.
