This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each childs growth.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead at Eyas Landing you will provide A pplied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic clients schools and homes while overseeing a team of BCBAs . Youll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ADHD sensory processing disorder and other neurodiverse needs supporting their cognitive social emotional adaptive and developmental growth through :

• Providing caregiver coaching and support
• Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions
• Collaborating with occupational physical and speech therapists as well as social workers
• Providing mentorship clinical guidance and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

Schedule : Monday-Thursday 10 AM - 6 : 30 PM; Friday 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM.
