Position Overview

We're seeking a Temporary Receiving Clerk to join our team and support our accounting, purchasing, and office operations. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to work in a dynamic environment. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and making sure things run smoothly, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and verify delivery of purchased items with local contacts
• Process and manage receipt documentation, including packing slips, tickets, and bills of lading
• Reconcile delivery discrepancies, manage returns, and resolve invoice issues
• Scan and archive all receipt documents accurately
• Monitor open purchase orders to ensure timely processing or closure
• Work closely with purchasing agents, accounts payable, vendors, and provide prompt customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
