Escrow Assistant / Scheduler

We’re a thriving title insurance company looking for a detail-loving, people-pleasing Escrow Assistant / Scheduler to help keep our closings smooth and our clients smiling.

In this role, you will :

• Schedule closings and prepare remote refinance packages for notaries.
• Balance and fund escrow files like a pro.
• Problem-solve for clients (because things don’t always go as planned—and you love saving the day).
• Receive earnest money and keep transactions moving forward.
• This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative office where your skills really shine.
• You’ll be the go-to for both clients and teammates, and no two days will ever be exactly the same.
