Responsibilities

  • Oversee user acceptance testing for web application users
  • Collaborate with internal clients to debug, document, and resolve support problems for production web application systems
  • Create visualizations and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Plan and monitor resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Facilitate and communicate project progress to internal stakeholders

    • Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline or quantitative background
  • Minimum of two years of work experience and / or graduate school
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
  • Knowledge of data science and / or experience with information systems management
  • Flexibility and adaptability in regard to project focus
  • Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach
