Travel Nurse Job Details Location : Polson, MT 59860 (Montana healthcare jobs) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 3 / 16 / 2026) Healthcare Setting : LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Unit Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights (19 : 00 – 07 : 00), 3 shifts per week Hours per Week : 36 Estimated Weekly Pay : $2210-$2360 On-Call : Not required Weekend Shifts : Required, variable and evenly dispersed Floating : May float to other units for general nursing support Charting System : Epic Scrub Color : Any color (OR scrubs provided) Parking : Free on-site Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP or Labor & Delivery RN experience Active RN license in Montana or Compact State (required at time of submission) Certifications : BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required; CLC and STABLE preferred Experience with Epic charting system Ability to float to other units for clinical support Two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years Competency in caring for both mother and baby in all phases of OB care Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases Triage obstetrical patients and circulate for C-sections as needed Conduct sterile vaginal exams and monitor fetal well-being, including wireless fetal monitoring Utilize JADA device for postpartum hemorrhage management Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, Social Services) Assist other units with IV starts, phone support, and general nursing tasks when not assigned to L&D patients Maintain accurate documentation using Epic Participate in self-scheduling and attend required orientation and training modules Join our healthcare team in Polson, Montana and enjoy a rewarding travel nursing job in a supportive environment.
