Certified Nursing Assistant - Cna, Memory Care - 20 Hour / Evenings

The Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA is an essential nursing team member who provides residents with daily nursing care in accordance with the residents' assessment and Plan of Care. This position requires working every weekend and every other Thursday.

Responsibilities :

• Review care plans and provide care accordingly
• Identify and honor resident choices in activities of daily living, while maintaining resident safety
• Communicate with care staff at all levels to adequately meet the needs of the residents
