🏥 Facility Details

Beds : 133

Operating Rooms : 4–6 active ORs

Anesthesia Model : Medical direction (1 : 3 supervision ratio)

Team : 2–3 anesthesiologists on-site

Support Staff : Skilled surgical and nursing teams

EMR : EPIC

AAs : Not utilized in Pennsylvania

💉 Case Mix Includes :

✅ Orthopedic & Ortho-Hand

✅ General Surgery (including Robotic)

✅ Plastics

✅ Gynecology (including Robotic)

✅ Cataracts (some)

✅ Cystoscopy

✅ Cardiology (TEE’s & Cardioversions)

🗓️ Schedule & Coverage

🕒 Up to 2 days per week (≈0.33 FTE)

📅 Monday–Friday only – No weekends

⏰ Shift : 6 : 30 a.m. – 3 : 00 p.m. (8-hour day + 30-min lunch)

📵 Call : None

⚡ Guaranteed Hours : PRN – based on facility need

🩺 Requirements

Active Pennsylvania RN license (strongly preferred)

ACLS & BLS (AHA approved)

Minimum 5 years of anesthesia experience

Must be comfortable with all case types listed above

PA Child Abuse clearance + required background checks

Not eligible if employed (W2) by this health network in the past 5 years

🕐 Credentialing & Start

Commitment : 2 days per week preferred

Full Privileges : Up to 60 days

Temporary Privileges : Available ~6 weeks after application submission
