What You’ll Do

Take ownership of projects from the first shovel in the ground to the final walk-through .

Lead and inspire onsite teams and subcontractors — setting the tone for safety, quality, and teamwork.

Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, and clients, making sure everyone’s aligned.

Keep projects on track, on Schedule, and up to Golden Construction’s high standards.

Ensure every build reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and care .

What You Bring

Experience in construction management, tenant improvements, or ground-up projects .

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (people look to you when challenges arise).

Comfort with construction software, Microsoft Office, and job site documentation.

OSHPD experience is a big plus.

Flexibility to travel to job sites across Southern California (and occasional out-of-town projects).
