Schedule : PRN / Per Diem; Available shifts as needed for coverage

Shift : 12-hour shifts - Day or Night available, with weekend and holiday rotations

Location : AdventHealth Hospitals

The community you'll be caring for : UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Regional Support - provide coverage across all four hospital sites as assigned (Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, Glen Oaks, and La Grange)

Your role : As a Patient Care Technician, you will perform a range of essential clinical and non-clinical activities, all under the supervision of a nurse.

Your contributions will include :

• Aiding with patient mobility and placement.
• Assisting patients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Reporting any changes in physical, mental, or emotional conditions to the nursing staff and accurately documenting necessary records.
• Keeping patient rooms clean and orderly, as well as maintaining medical equipment.
• Staffing Commitment Options :

PCT Float RRO Level 1 : $30.00 / HR

OR

PCT Float RRO Level 2 : $34.00 / HR

Qualifications :

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED :

Certified Patient Care Technician / Assistant (CPCT / A) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) required.
