Shift / Schedule : Nights | Thu–Sat | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Hours per Week : 36 (3×12)

Pay Range : $40.12 – $50.00 / hour

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight during night shift operations. The ideal candidate has strong ER experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of related experience
• Emergency Room (ER) experience required
• Strong knowledge of disease state management, bio-psychosocial models, and clinical pathways
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• High attention to detail when reviewing clinical and numerical data
