As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activity within the location.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing duties.

Support Allied Universal management in implementing site-specific security-related protocols and procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
