Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Assistant to join our growing team. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our public relations initiatives while helping to enhance our brand's overall image. This position requires a passion for communication and a keen understanding of the media landscape.

Compensation : $61,000 - $66,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns
  • Draft press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials
  • Coordinate logistics for events including press conferences, product launches, and media briefings
  • Maintain and update media contact lists and PR databases
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and social media engagement
  • Support the creation of innovative social media content to promote our brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
