Associate Attorney Junior or Senior Personal Injury

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 5 plus years to join our law friendly law office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and the ability to assist with various legal tasks. This role is critical to the success of our firm and requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high reward.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conduct research to gather relevant information and evidence to support legal cases
• Negotiate with adjusters and opposing counsel and other parties to resolve cases

Skills

• Proficiency in personal injury law
• Experience in legal drafting and legal research
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to negotiate with adjuster and work effectively with others

Requirements :

• JD and admission to NY Bar required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive information.(follow up for records and maintain a diary).
• Must be admitted in NY. 5 plus years experience required to apply.
