Flattbread Neapolitan Pizzeria is looking for a dynamic General Manager to join our energetic, friendly, face-paced team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, hard-working, and loves working in the restaurant industry. We are competitive in pay and we are looking for a rock star with at least 1 year of restaurant management experience. Please send resume to jobs@flatbreadpizza.com. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations.
  • Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards.
  • Manage profit and loss figures.
  • Manage Covid 19 protocols
  • Schedule, hire and train employees.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
  • Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace.
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
