Senior Associate / AVP Investments

The Senior Associate / AVP Investments (title depends on level / experience) will help source and execute multifamily investment opportunities in TX. This is a producer role-you will be responsible for sourcing deals and executing transactions end-to-end. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take ownership of the acquisition process. Key Responsibilities :

• Source off-market and marketed multifamily acquisition opportunities across Texas.
• Build and maintain broker, owner, and lender relationships to generate deal flow.
• Underwrite potential acquisitions, including financial modeling and market analysis.
• Lead due diligence, manage third-party consultants, and coordinate closing process.
• Collaborate with principals on investment strategy and capital deployment.
• Support senior leadership with market analysis and strategic planning.

A successful Sr Associate / AVP Investment should have :

Senior Associate level requires roughly 5-8 years of experience, AVP or even VP level requires 8+.

Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 plus both short and long term incentives. Ability to control your earning potential as a producer. Work with respected industry veterans who have an existing list of equity and debt partners.
